Gluten-free Amazon Crepe


  • 1/2 Cup of Beijú Amazon Bread

  • 1/3 Cup of Milk

  • 1 free-run egg

  • 1 table spoon of coconut flour

  • 1 tea spoon of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tea spoon of chia

  • 1/8 tea spoon of salt (Himalayan)

  • one banana

  • couple slices of cheese (Friulano)

  • couple slices of prosciutto

  • a little bit of honey


1) Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl.

2) In a warm pan, spread the mix to evenly cover the bottom of the pan; increase the heat to medium. When it starts to make bubbles, it is time to flip it.

3) Add your favorite toppings. You can fold it like a crepe or eat it like a pancake; it is delicious with savory and sweet recipes, use your creativity.
