Dairy-free Cassava Pancake


  • 1 1/2 cup of almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of Cassava Bread Mix

  • 2 free-run eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour

  • 2 tablespoons of quinoa flour

  • 2 tablespoons of flax seed flour

  • 3 tablespoons of puroliva oil

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tea spoon of salt (Himalayan)

Serving size: 2 people.


1) Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl.

2) In a warm pan, spread the mix to evenly cover the bottom of the pan; increase the heat to medium. When it starts to make bubbles, it is time to flip it.
