Healthy Gluten-free Flours Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Cassava Bread Mix

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 2 free-run eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of almond meal

  • 2 tablespoons of quinoa flour

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal

  • 1/3 cup of puroliva oil

  • 1 tablespoon of salt (Himalayan)

DIRECTIONS

1) Mix the ingredients and knead the dough well in a bowl.

2) Divide the dough into bread shaped pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

3) Put the sheet on a preheated oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
